Water... on the moon!?

Recently a space probe was sent to the moon, and they discovered that there is small amounts of water on the moon.  I'm not talking rivers, lakes, or streams, but there was some water discovered.  They found it in the moon dirt.  Its such a small amount of water that say you had a 2-liter bottle, filled it with dirt, it would maybe have just a little drop of water, enough for a medicine dropper.  If you wanted a whole drink of water, you would need about the size of a baseball field of moon dirt to get that much water.  It doesn't mean much right now, because that's still not enough water to support life, however, once they figure out where the water is coming from it could serve as good resource to us in the future, such as drinking water.

They have a few theories about where the water is coming from, such as frozen over comets crashing into it or the solar wind carries hydrogen atoms that binds with oxygen in the dirt.

I'm very excited to see what develops from this new discovery, and I hope that we will be able to soon use this as a resource!
